Support
A person answers.
Most questions are one of the six below. If yours is not, write to us; include which iPhone and iOS version you use and which nutrition app writes your data. Never send screenshots that contain your health data.
Common questions
- Apple Health shows no data
- Open the Health app → Sharing → Apps → Daypair and confirm the categories are allowed. Then check that your nutrition app is writing to Apple Health for those categories. If it never will, switch a commitment to manual check-ins in Settings → Health.
- My totals look doubled
- Two apps are probably writing the same category. In Settings → Health, choose the one source Daypair should count; totals are never summed across apps.
- My teammate sees more than I intended
- Sharing is set per commitment. Open Pact → Sharing to review each level, or pause sharing entirely. Changes take effect immediately.
- An invite link did not open the app
- Invite links open Daypair on iPhone. Make sure the app is installed, then tap the link again from Messages or Mail. Expired or used links need a fresh invite from your teammate.
- Restore a purchase
- Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases. Purchases follow your Apple ID, so sign in with the same one you bought with.
- Delete my account
- Settings → Account → Delete your account. See the delete-account page for what is removed and how subscriptions are handled.
