You choose, goal by goal
Since version 1.0.5, joining a pact doesn’t share your goals. You choose each person and goal before sharing with them, and how much each of them sees.

What Lindsay sees for this goal
They see whether you’re on track. No numbers, no goals.
- Never what you ate, or the names of your meals
- Never which apps you use
- Pause or stop sharing any time. Every privacy control is free.

What stays on your device
The details stay
on your device.
Daypair reads Apple Health on your device and keeps individual entries there. It sends daily totals and goal results, never meal names or meal-level records.
- No meal names, no food diary, ever
- No ads, and no tracking you across apps
- Read only. Daypair never writes to Apple Health
- No data yet? It says so. Never counted as a zero or a missed day

Things people ask us
Something missing? A real person reads every message.
Can my person see everything I eat?
No. Daypair never collects your meals. Your person sees a check mark, or more only if you choose it for a goal.
Can I change what I share later?
Any time, goal by goal. Stopping sharing removes server access immediately. A screen or widget can still show an earlier update until it refreshes. Information already seen, including screenshots, cannot be taken back.
Are any privacy controls part of Pro?
Never. Pausing, leaving, blocking and deleting are free for everyone.
Where are the full details?
In the privacy policy and the consumer health data policy.
Cheer each other on.
