Account
Delete your account.
Two taps in the app, and it is done. Deletion is never paywalled, never buried, and final once confirmed — there is no waiting period in which we hold your data back.
In the app
- Open Settings — the tab with the gear icon.
- Tap Account, then Continue to delete.
- Confirm. That is the last step — there is no undo.
You do not need a subscription, and you will not be asked for one. Deletion runs at once, not on a schedule: when the confirmation finishes, your account is already gone.
If you cannot open the app
Email privacy@daypair.app from the address associated with your Apple ID and ask us to delete your account. We will verify it is you, delete everything below, and confirm when it is done — within 45 days, which is the deadline state consumer health data law sets for us.
What is removed
- Your account, commitments, daily results, and settings.
- Every row your teammate could see. Their view of you disappears immediately.
- Your push token and any pending invitations you created.
Nothing in Apple Health is touched: Daypair never writes there. You may also revoke Health access in the Health app at any time.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Daypair account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your Apple account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) before or after deleting. The app shows a manage-subscription button on the deletion screen for this reason.
Withdrawing Apple Health access instead
If you only want Daypair to stop reading new data, you can revoke Health access in the iOS Health app without deleting your account. That stops collection going forward; it does not delete what we already hold, so delete your account too if that is what you want.
